A mobile phone and app are required to use this overlay. First step create Pulsoid account on their website. Then download Pulsoid app on the phone. When strap is worn start the app on the phone. The phone needs to be on same network as computer. If you are using an Apple Watch for heart rate monitor. You must also have the Pulsoid app on the watch. In the Pulsoid app on phone, open the app and click scan to find your device. Start Racelabs and be in a session. Open heart beat overlay. Click link to Pulsoid and allow the authentication. Close and reopen Racelabs. The overlay should show on screen.

After the setup, you do not need the pulsed website to be open. But you must have app running on the phone. You just open the app on the phone when your device is being worn. No info is seen on the phone. If using Apple Watch, start Pulsoid app on watch. On the phone click search and it finds watch. Now in watch click the play button to start. You should then see info in the overlay

When these steps are done, join a sim session, start Racelab app, and enable Heart Rate overlay.
