RaceLab Support – Simulations SupportedSimulations Supported by RaceLab
RaceLab supports several major PC racing simulators. This page gives a simple
overview of the main sims, what RaceLab can do with them, and where to look
on this website for more detailed help.
For each sim you will find:
- What works well with RaceLab.
- Any common quirks or issues to be aware of.
- Links to other pages on this site for layouts, displays, and troubleshooting.
iRacing
iRacing is the most widely used sim with RaceLab. Almost
every overlay and layout feature is available here, including:
- Relatives, standings, fuel, tyre and stint overlays.
- Layouts for practice, qualifying, racing, and long endurance events.
- Streaming overlays plus Twitch chat and chat highlight overlays.
- Support for triples, ultrawide monitors, and VR.
Useful pages for iRacing
- Overlays & Layouts – iRacing example layouts.
- VR & Displays – triples and ultrawide notes.
- Telemetry & Ports – any iRacing-specific data settings.
- Troubleshooting – common iRacing + RaceLab problems and workarounds.
Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC)
ACC is fully supported for most standard RaceLab overlays.
It is popular for GT racing and endurance events.
- Timing, standings, relative, fuel and radar overlays.
- Layouts designed for endurance stints and driver swaps.
- Support for single screen, triples, ultrawide and VR.
ACC can behave differently depending on whether you use full-screen, borderless
window, or windowed mode. If overlays disappear or flicker, check the
VR & Displays and Troubleshooting pages
for known fixes.
Useful pages for ACC
- Overlays & Layouts – ACC-specific layout suggestions.
- VR & Displays – monitor and VR configuration notes.
- Troubleshooting – ACC overlay problems and solutions.
Le Mans Ultimate (LMU)
Le Mans Ultimate is still evolving, and RaceLab support is
improving alongside the game. Some features may feel a little more “beta”
than iRacing or ACC.
- Core timing and standings overlays for WEC-style racing.
- Layouts focused on endurance and multiclass traffic.
- Ongoing workarounds for triple-screen and window mode issues.
If overlays break your triple-screen view or shift the image, go straight to
the Troubleshooting section of this site for current
workarounds.
Useful pages for LMU
- Sim-specific Troubleshooting – LMU + triples.
- Overlays & Layouts – LMU layout examples.
rFactor 2
rFactor 2 is supported by RaceLab with timing and race
information overlays. The exact setup can be more manual than newer sims,
but once configured it works well for league and endurance racing.
- Standard timing, standings, and relative overlays.
- Layouts for league racing and longer events.
- Support for different screen configurations.
Useful pages for rFactor 2
- Telemetry & Ports – any special rF2 data settings.
- Overlays & Layouts – rF2 layout suggestions.

Other and Future Sims
RaceLab continues to add and improve simulator support over time. As new sims
are added or existing support changes, this page will be updated and linked
to new guides.
If you are unsure whether your sim is supported, check the RaceLab app and
then come back here to see if a guide has been added.
Next Steps
After choosing your main sim, we recommend moving on to:
- Overlays & Layouts – pick a layout that suits how
you race and how many screens you have.
- VR & Displays – confirm your display mode and
monitor setup are compatible with overlays.
- Troubleshooting – see if any known issues match what
you are experiencing.
This is an unofficial help site. The aim is to collect clear, honest
information about RaceLab from real users, so that you can spend more time
racing and less time fighting settings.
