backup or restore lmu files

I created a small batch file that will backup or restore DLL and custompluginvariables.json files.
All you need to know is the path to the LMU install folder>
Usually looks like this:
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Le Mans Ultimate)
But you may have it on a different drive or folder.
