To function correctly Racelab App must be the only program that is using Port 8080.

There is a simple way to check this by following these steps.

Check for other programs using port 8080

Left Click Windows start button and type Resource monitor.

Open up resource monitor (windows app)

Go to network tab and look at the “listening ports” section and look for 8080 in the ports column.
