Users that are using Windows Defender

If you have issues when updating Racelabs, You could follow the instructions carefully in the following link as a temporary solution to update problem you may have. (Disclaimer: this may reduce your security setting on your computer). https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/add-an-exclusion-to-windows-security-811816c0-4dfd-af4a-47e4-c301afe13b26#ID0EBF=Windows_11and choose Windows 10 or 11, for instruction on "How to Add" Racelabapps to Windows Defender whitelist... When adding the exclusion, select "Folder" and add these 2 folders C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\racelabapps and C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\racelabapps Also turn off UAC - set it to never by clicking Windows start button, type UAC, open it and put slider to bottom (Never notify). Click ok. Please restart your computer after completing the steps..... I am hopeful these steps may help those users that may have issues installing updates. Note if you use any other Antivirus program, please search Google for how to add the folders listed to its whitelist.
