Got a question about a feature in the app, or think you’ve found a bug? Here’s the best way to get help:

  1. Check the FAQs
    Visit the RaceLab FAQ section. Many common questions and quick fixes are already answered there.
  2. Join the Discord
    After joining, read the #welcome channel. It explains how to turn on the visibility of the channels you need.
  3. Ask in #i-need-help
    Enable the #i-need-help channel. Often your question has already been asked and answered by other users or the support team. If not, just post your question there and someone will assist.
  4. Report bugs in #report-bug
    When reporting a bug, include as much detail as you can: which sim you were using, what happened, and steps to reproduce it. The more information, the easier it is to track down and fix the issue.
